The Farm Stand

The Sustainable Nantucket Farm Stand

Where our farmers offer freshly harvested produce, flowers and honey throughout the growing season.

Since opening in October 2020, our farm stand at 168 Hummock Pond Road has become a trusted hub for fresh, island-grown produce—available 24/7 under the honor system. This simple yet powerful model connects our community to local farmers while fostering trust and sustainability. Thanks to the dedication of our farmers and supporters, Fog Town Farm, Washashore Farm, Eat Fire Farm, and Peace + Bliss Farm each bring their harvests to the stand, making fresh food accessible to all.

We are deeply grateful for the 7+ acres we farm under lease from the Nantucket Island Land Bank. The farm stand itself was made possible through the generosity of the Community Preservation Committee (CPC), and a grant from ReMain Nantucket allowed us to install a 5.85kW solar array, helping us farm more sustainably. With their support—and the trust of our community—we’re able to keep this stand open, connecting island-grown food with the people who love it.

Meet Our Farmers

  • Aiden and Natasha Feeney

Aidan and Natasha Feeney founded Fog Town Farm in 2019, bringing years of experience and a deep passion for sustainable agriculture to Nantucket. With degrees in Sustainable Agriculture and a background in diverse farming operations, they are dedicated to growing high-quality, seasonal produce for the community. Aidan runs the farm full-time, while Natasha balances farming with her work as a nurse at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Together, they find joy in cultivating fresh food and creating meaningful work for their team.

  • Dan Southey & Misha Currie

Washashore Farm first took root in 2016, founded by Daniel Southey. With a background in hospitality and no prior farming experience, Daniel took a leap of faith when offered a small farm plot. Through composting, minimal soil disturbance, and sustainable practices, they are committed to nourishing both the land and their island community.

  • Dylan & Caroline Wallace

Eat Fire Farm is a regenerative farm dedicated to organic practices and holistic land management. Run by Dylan Wallace, the farm cultivates perennial fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and solar-evaporated sea salt, along with handcrafted goods that preserve the harvest year-round. American Guinea Hogs help control invasive species, while soil regeneration techniques like cover cropping, rotational grazing, and composting enrich the land.

  • Diame Martinez

Diame of Peace & Bliss Farm, joined the Mentor Farmer Program in 2022 and has since transformed her eighth of an acre at the Sustainable Nantucket Community Farm into a flourishing haven of vibrant, long-lasting blooms. As a dedicated grower and member of the Nantucket Flower Collective, she cultivates an incredible variety of stunning annuals, bringing fresh, locally grown flowers to the community. You can find her beautiful arrangements at the Farm Stand at 168 Hummock Pond Road and the weekly Farmers & Artisans Market downtown.

  • TT Semaha

Second year Mentor Farmer, TT Semaha grows hard-to-find vegetables like okra, and callaloo and sells his produce to Bar Yoshi & Pip & Anchor, expanding to more restaurants in 2025.

  • Leah Mojer

Leah, through her initiatives Nantucket Wildscapes and In Situ Native Plant Nursery, is dedicated to bringing Nantucket eco-type and regional native, straight-species grasses, shrubs, and flowers to island homeowners and landscapers. Her work ensures that these plants, grown with local ecosystems in mind, support biodiversity and sustainable landscaping across Nantucket.
