Keely studied fashion & textiles in the UK at Manchester University, before following her true passion in jewelry. keely spent 15 years living in London as a fashion designer working for many European fashion led companies allowing her to extensively travel across Europe and the far east.
What started as a vacation on nantucket in 1998 quickly became home and KSD began. Inspired by textures and quirky color combinations on her travels, KSD combines this with a lost wax casting method to create a unique line.
KSD works small, independently, and within the USA. That means the jewelry you purchase from KSD is made by KSD in our studio on Nantucket Island. We keep things local.
Many pieces are one of a kind, even when using a mold we personalize it in some way that it becomes unique.
