Nicci Aguiar- Comics & Illustration

 
 

Nicci is a Nantucket native with a passion for creating whimsy nautical illustrations and paintings. She works primarily with traditional materials such as ink, watercolor, pencils, and markers which she found love for during her college years. Nicci is inspired by the nature and people she grew up with on island which is why you will often find her work portraying sea captains, fisherman, and many funny sea creatures. When she's not creating Nicci enjoys riding her bike, reading, and traveling.

Nicci attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and received her BFA in Sequential Art in 2016. You can find her works at the Artists Association of Nantucket galleries and at Sustainable Nantucket Farmer's and Artisans Market.
