New Addition to the Farm

We aim to make locally grown produce more accessible throughout our island community and it just got a little bit easier to stock up on the islands best!

In October 2020, we welcomed the community to visit our newest addition at the community farm. Since then, it’s been a joy to see locally grown produce made even more accessible by offering consumers the opportunity to support local 24/7. Thanks to a grant from ReMain Nantucket, we were able to install a 5.85kW solar array to continue to reduce our carbon footprint.

With the support of our farmers and community, we are proud to have the farm stand operating and available to the public under the honor system. In our small community, maintaining this trust is impactful and meaningful and we hope to continue operating the farm stand in this way!

Each with their own Venmo account, the farm stand is currently represented by Fogtown Farm, Washashore Farm, EatFire Farm and ACK Sweetwater Farm.
